DMCA Policy

URL Shortener respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our service, please notify our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
  • Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

You may submit your DMCA notice to us through our Contact Page or by emailing our designated agent at admin@shrtnr.pro.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
  • Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

5. Changes to This DMCA Policy

We may update our DMCA Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new DMCA Policy on this page and updating the effective date. We encourage you to review this DMCA Policy periodically.
